This is the EleeNO 12 BLOCK -Unique Japanese Watch – EG3, it is an highly unusual watch that has a sort of keypad look to it. With twelve graphic LCD blocks all of which have their own function such as hours, ten minutes and minutes.

Top 3 blocks =  hours (1-12).

Middle 3 blocks = minutes x 10 (60 is not used this (half) block shows flashing EG logo)

Bottom 3 blocks = minutes x 1
